All items are hand made to order and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items unless they are damaged or lost in shipping.

Damages and Shipping issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any order that is marked as delivered by USPS tracking will not be refunded. Please contact us if you believe your item was lost in transit.
